GHC have been working alongside the District Council since February 2023 taking on their void clearances. When a Council tenant moves or passes away, we now clear these properties to reduce the waste and reduce the time the property is unoccupied.

If like the Book Depository, your business is closing down, we can help. We removed hundreds of light industrial racking systems and other reusable business equipment that will find a way to be reused and repurposed. We donated 60 sets to our local Scouting network.
